Individual Counseling
I deeply enjoy working with adolescents and adults to help identify insights, develop coping skills, overcome life’s challenges and discover and capitalize on your strengths. Together, we will identify goals and come up with a plan of support that best meets your needs!
$125 per 50 minute session
Couples Counseling
Couples therapy can be beneficial for any romantic partnership, be it marriage or a long term relationship. I help create a safe space, using tools from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, to help couples better understand one another’s different perspectives, enhance connection, and learn strategies to build stronger and healthier relationships.
$150 per 50 minute session
Family Counseling
I believe that it is important to understand how families communicate and work together in order to help individuals, especially adolescents, flourish. Whether it is the family we were born into or our chosen one, we all face challenges that benefit from connection, openness and healing.
$150 per 50 minute session
Insurance and Private Payment
I currently do not accept insurance. Upon request, I am happy to provide you with monthly receipts which you can submit for reimbursement. Please check with your provider regarding specific coverage details. I accept all major credit cards, debit cards or HSA accounts as methods of payment.
Cancellations and No-Shows
I know life happens and I try to accommodate scheduling changes when possible and when notice is given in advance. Cancellation must be made by text or email at least 24 hours before your appointment. If your cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the entire fee. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
